about

Gentle tunes, articulate keyboards, perfect chroma, knitted with heavy-drilled drumming and skewed basslines, distorted and sick feelings as a dinner at old uncle's house.
Unlike most of the breakcore out there this release has a great touch, it can be harsh and proceed madly but the climate is elegant and balanced.
It's a great production, simple as that.
There's balance between instruments and between sounds, voices, synths and several acoustic sounds are perfectly mixed with filtered drums and profound basslines.
There's balance between structures which could really seem excerpts of imaginary soundtracks as well as offering wide psychedelic panoramas and
Autechre-like crushed beats, and each of this constructions falls apart and is instantly up again, in a natural way.
Four tracks are produced and performed with LBH Di Vegas and are truly objects of craftsmanship, offering great moments across techno and industrial rhythms, dark D'n'B passages and cuts but always deep into arrangements and exploring sounds.
M.E.R.S. alone finds more freedom instead, enjoying true instinct and total control, pushing harder rhythms and epic scenarios, explosive dynamics and furious adventures take over melodies and finishing.
And then "Bye Bye", the upbeat final piece, with its minimal, odd and somehow subtle style is something you really keep in mind for a while...
